What are the best times to come in for rentals?
8am, midday and after 5pm. If it is convenient, we recommend fitting the equipment and storing it (free) the night before for first tracks tomorrow. 9:30am and 4pm are our busiest hours.
How late is American Ski Exchange open?
Thanksgiving weekend through peak season we are open from 8am to 10pm.
Do we rent clothing?
Yes, we rent jackets, pants and helmets.
Where is American Ski Exchange?
ASE is located in the center of Vail Village at 225 Wall Street just steps below Gondola One. Wall Street runs directly to the Vail Village ticket window.
Do the discounts apply to consecutive days?
Yes. The discount progressively increases the more days you rent.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to the pick up date by calling or emailing (firstname.lastname@example.org) ASE and informing us of the change. Failure to cancel will result in a one day rental charge per person.
My flight has been delayed, now what?

Can I switch between snowboarding and ski equipment?
No problem, rates can be adjusted accordingly at the discount rate.
